Cheryl D. Smith is a certified Pilates instructor under the Erika Bloom Comprehensive Pilates program, which provides instruction on both mat work and 500+ hours of apparatus training. She is also certified in TRX Suspension Training and has a Level 3 Personal Training Certificate from the Personal Training Institute (PTI) in Rye Brook, N.Y.
