Pilates for Every Body opened its doors in 2002 - long before Pilates achieved the the notoriety with the general public that it has garnered today, and long before Pilates became a franchise business. Our personal approach to working with our clients and offering a well-rounded fitness program is unique.
Alison Bricken was certified in 2002 by the Pilates Method Alliance, and maintains this certification through the recently renamed National Pilates Certification Program. Alison has many years of experience teaching all aspects of fitness in Fairfield County. In addition to her Pilates certifications she completed extensive coursework in post-rehabilitation training using the Pilates Method.
