If you are unable to attend, please cancel yourself out 1 hour prior to class or a late cancellation fee will be imposed. Santosha Yoga is dedicated to practicing the principles of yoga. Through connection of breath and movement, this empowering practice will create an energy that allows for growth, not only on the mat, but in every day life.

Santosha is a Sanskrit word meaning complete contentment. One of the 5 Niyamas of the Eight Limbed Path of Yoga, Santosha is a place of deep seated stillness and peace within, but also a place of joy. Santosha reminds us to always strive to be positive and to find the good in every situation. At Santosha Yoga, our aim is to strengthen and challenge your whole being - body, mind, and soul.

POWER FLOW - This energizing and upbeat class focuses on connecting mindful breath with vigorous movement of the body. With unique and ever-changing sequences and postures, Power Flow classes will build strength, create flexibility, improve balance and calm the mind at the same time. FOUNDATIONS OF FLOW - This class is an introduction to Power Flow.
Know Before You Go
Report
Please arrive on time and check in at the front desk - we lock the front door at the start of class. Only a yoga mat, towel and water are needed in the studio - all other personal items can be left in the lobby and changing rooms. Students 11 years of age and older are welcome to practice alongside a parent in UNHEATED classes.
