FitWise Pilates offers Private, Duet, and Small Group Pilates and Gyrotonic Services, Postural Assessments with Correctional Programs and Nutritional Support to help you achieve and sustain your goals while supporting your lifestyle.If you are brand-new to using Pilates and Gyrotonic machines, Pilates classes, or have an injury, we require that you take a private session before beginning the equipment classes.

Studio Policies

Classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice; ALL privates and duets require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be automatically charged for the session. If you are unable to cancel within these times or do not show up for your class or appointment, you will be charged for that session or have a session deducted from your account.
Online Classes
Report
Online mat classes are 50 minutes and happen in real time, and vary with regard to the class description. You can join us LIVE at the allotted time, or if you can't make it at the time we've scheduled, sign up anyway, and we'll send you a link to a recording of the class after it occurs so you can take the class at a time that's convenient for you for up to 2 days.

Gyrotonic

The Gyrotonic method is designed to take the body beyond its current limitations, increase mobility, gain strength and core stabilization. Each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression.
