Mighty Pilates
Mighty Pilates incorporates the great foundations of classical pilates while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. All of our classes are taught by tough, dynamic instructors that our amazing clients have rewarded with 5 stars. We offer a huge schedule of classes - from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus.

We even have TRX, Booty and Core classes and Happy Hour Pilates (rewarded with a toast after class!). Take your workouts up a notch and walk away with an energized, wow feeling. Our dynamic instructors are here to help you get started! We have lots of first timers in our Mighty Foundations classes or start with a Private 1:1 session to familiarize yourself with the equipment and learn how to maximize every move.

Cricket discovered the joy of energetic Pilates workouts while living in Australia in 2007. She did a class with multiple reformers in the room and loved the energy that the group brought to Pilates. She knew fit folks in the US would love the mix of Classical Pilates with energetic workouts. Once certified in Pilates from BASI, Cricket opened the first Mighty with friends in 2009 in San Francisco.

Get the Mighty experience at home, on the road, or just about anywhere with our wide variety of LIVE online workout classes - including mat Pilates, strength training, cardio, Pilates on the Reformer and more! Our dynamic instructors offer fine-tuned, personalized instruction with small class sizes of less than 20 per class that allow you to connect with the instructor and with one another.
New To Pilates

Our dynamic instructors are here to help, whatever your fitness level! We know the Pilates machines can look a bit intimidating at first so we have comfy (but challenging!) first steps. We have lots of first timers in our Mighty Foundations classes to get a hang of our style and familiarize yourself with our equipment.
New To Trx

TRX is physically challenging but easy to get started if you have never done it before. Created by a former Navy SEAL, this system develops balance, strength, flexibility and core stability all at the same time. This challenging workout that uses the resistance of your own body weight and gravity using TRX Suspension Training.

We use Pilates equipment by Balanced Body studio reformers, towers and springboards. We use the springs on a YogaWall in Sherman Oaks. We have selected the top-of-the-line models from Balanced Body and think you will enjoy the equipment as much as we do. Classes can seem like a bit of a higher price point - because our classes have no more than 9 people and are taught by the best instructors on the best equipment.
