I like to the Dr. and the nurse I met with on my visit very much but feel the front office staff is inept and could learn manners. I called this morning spoke with the front office and they agreed to have my medicine at the front desk at 4:30 this afternoon, I left work in Frankfort and got to their office at 4:30 they were leaving and just said it's not at the desk and blew me off. I would not have to worry about this if the has faxed my prescription back a month ago when they received it. I am truly upset at their attitude and the disregard.

Standing up for your childs best interest is not tolerated at Elkhorn. Nurse practitioner put my child on meds that required 30 day visits. Strangely no appts were available outside of school times. We miraculously found a Telehealth time available and all was good. I then get a termination of service. Guess education isnt important. Only Dermatologist in town, but I will always advocate for my children, even if it inconveniences me.

Great care and service. Dr. Wilson is very nice and does great work. Gives good options for care explaining what is being done. Office staff and nurses are always kind and helpful.
