Services
Office Hours
Report
We believe that most illnesses are best treated by the physicians who know you and your child best! That is why we work hard to make ourselves available. We are open 7 days per week. On Monday through Friday, we offer prescheduled appointments from 8:30 AM to 4:40 PM. If, however, these visits fill up due to the number of calls for same day sick appointments, we continue to see patients by appointment after normal business hours.
Office Policies
Report
If your child receives an allergy shot in the office, we ask you to wait in our office for 30 minutes after your child receives the shot to observe them for a reaction. This is a standard requirement of all allergists we work with. Physicians schedules are often full. When a patient fails to keep an appointment, that time cannot be utilized by other patients who are ill and need to see a physician.
Phone Policy
Report
If the problem requires your doctor's attention, he or she will return your call at the earliest opportunity. For non-emergent advice or information, call mid to late-morning or early to mid-afternoon Tuesday through Friday when our phone lines are less busy. Telephone calls after hours are for true emergencies and urgent problems that cannot wait until the next day.

Report
Georgetown Pediatrics is under contract with many health insurance plans with which we file claims for our families. If we are not under contract with your plan, we will provide an encounter form for each visit with all information required by insurance carriers.
