With a broad and truly amazing lineup, our goal is to create craft beer of the utmost quality in every ounce we make. Tried and true, these beers have been around for the long haul and have become staples in Nebraskan craft beer. Beautifully crafted and consistent, time after time. The Reserve Series is what we consider to be our most exceptional and pseudo-routinely created beers from within our barrel aged program.

Our West Coast inspired India Pale Ale is rich in flavor and abundant in citrus, pine, and floral aromatics created through a wonderful infusion of Citra hops. Completely refreshing with a medium mouth-feel, crisp bitterness, and nearly balanced malt. Finishes dry with a head that creates excellent lacing.
Hazelnut Fathead

Another take on our Brussels Beer Challenge Award-winning Reserve Series Fathead Barleywine. This time we veer off in a new direction & one filled with aspects of both Hazelnut and Almond. These flavors combine with the dark brown sugar of the base beer to create an exceptional sipper. Winter Warmer finds new meaning.
