I've always loved baking and cooking ever since I was about 9 years old but could never get the courage to get into field.

When I saw the buzz the modern pastry arts have been creating around the world and tried making some myself - I was in love. I could not take my eyes off the shiny and delectable mirror glaze or those scrumptious bi-color croissants.
