Embody Movement Pilates Studio
Don't worry if you are brand new to Pilates, or if you are returning to Pilates after time away from your practice. We have some options just for you! Highly personalized and expert Pilates instruction spanning over 30 years of experience is available at our studio. We offer Pilates Equipment training in a small group setting, max of 4 people, as well as private instruction.

I have always had a swayed back, so this has helped me to keep my stomach in and keep my posture better. When I do it, I feel 100 times better. I've gotten a lot stronger in my core muscles, as well as in a lot of muscles I didn't know I had.

Unlike any other system, movement that's easy on your joints, deeply works the spine and core. A Trio is a group of 3 students who enjoy accountability and camaraderie together, around the same level of fitness and ability. Private 1-on-1 sessions in the studio are tailored to your needs and your specific rehabilitative, sport or fitness goals in a one-on-one setting.

Build a solid foundation, engage in your tailored program toward stamina, strength and balance. Start your Pilates journey with 3 privates sessions. You will be able to get the most out of your workouts whether you plan to continue with privates or move on to Semi-private group reformer, chair or mixed equipment classes.

Have a mat, towel, some water, your preferred device for zoom and a strong internet connection. If joining us for the chair class - you'll also need a folding chair or chair with no arms. Livestream Pilates Classes are recorded. Sign Up! Whether or not you're able to attend during the Livestream time, you'll receive the link to the recording for 2-day access to watch (or watch again) later.
