Our upstairs studio, directly across from the white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is the Island's original and premier location for practicing yoga.

Directions: From Bradenton take Manatee Avenue (64 west) toward Anna Maria Island and beaches. Once on the island, Turn right onto Gulf Drive (2nd traffic light). Follow to next traffic light and turn right onto Marina Drive. Follow this road all the way to the north end of the island (it eventually turns back into Gulf Drive).

All class packages have an expiration date and are non-refundable or transferable from one student to another. No refunds for classes taken or partially taken. Class Packages can only be used for regular scheduled yoga classes EXCLUDING special workshops, series or teacher training/development programs.

IYS offers private yoga sessions in our beautiful studio, your home or on location! Enjoy a custom yoga class designed to meet your needs. We have facilitated classes for families of all ages, bridal parties, bachelorette parties, girls weekends, to name a few. Locations include vacation rentals, pool decks, hotel courtyards, and directly on the white sand beaches.
