Sandra was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1987, the Oklahoma Bar Association in 1988, and the State Bar of California in 2015. She began her legal career as a commercial litigator with the international firm of Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright) in Houston, Texas, where she was mentored by some of the finest litigators in the nation.

She met and married a handsome WWII veteran, and they enjoyed 59 years of marriage. They raised 3 children, and shared their immense, unconditional love with 5 grandchildren and 6 great-granchildren. Mom was an inspiration to all who knew her. As for me, I will forever be grateful to her for teaching me (among so many other things) the essence of what it means to be a strong minded, yet compassionate, woman.
