All reports are computer generated inspection forms and include digital media of the inspection at no extra charge.

They showed up when they said they would and I had a 53 page report with lots of pictures about an hour after they had left the house. They also included a termite inspection which saved me from booking another appointment. I would definitely recommend them.

Vince with Urbane Fix is an excellent home inspector. He answered all our questions, and even explained things we didn't think to ask. Buying a home can be really stressful for alot of buyers and he really made that part of the process so much better. My wife and I are super grateful to Urban Fix for being available when we needed them, and making sure the process was so easy for us.

The man who did our inspection was great just missed a couple small things . We just found out we weren't getting hot water after a bit and realized the thermostat was basically burnt to pieces.. Unfortunately now looking at replacing the system . Not mad about the situation just one of those things as first time home buyers we thought everything was checked out very in depth on inspection. Like I said the guy and company was great so I would still recommend just a little unfortunate the circumstances.
