Great pleasure to walk around with John doing his inspection on the house I'm trying to close; I much appreciation on his honesty concerning cosmetic defects and damages whether trivial or major. Straight forward and did not waste any time; he did not hide any comments or previous encounters of mold from me or foundational issues. Thorough, friendly, engaging, very courteous, and well driven into the inspection process. Highly recommended; I be will scheduling for a reinspection here in the next few weeks. I had Aaron Driskill come out and perform a home inspection on a condo unit in the Branson area that my clients were looking to purchase. I've used Aaron in the past for other properties and requested him for this latest inspection. He always does phenomenal job and is very detail oriented. He's also very friendly and was more than willing to take a call from my clients during and after the inspection to explain things he was seeing during the inspection in further detail. Buyer beware! I cannot recommend this company for home inspections. They missed many high dollar items that needed to be repaired or replaced in their inspection of my home. I hired them as my eyes and ears and they failed me miserably. I would have thought better of a company that touts itself as veteran owned. Save yourself the money and call a professional A/C, septic, well, electrical and/or roof company to come out and give you a FREE inspection. If you must hire an inspector make sure you read the fine print in their contract it could literally save you thousands!

This is my second time using Cornerstone and our experience on both occasions was beyond superior. The final report was detailed, but written for the none expert. ..Report included detailed photo's and a summary of all findings. Our inspector was John who was extremely professional.

Excellent company for first time home buyers who needs an all round home inspection. Their inspectors are fantastic at explaining what is wrong and give suggestions on how to fix it. John was our inspector that was assigned to us and we were so blessed to have him when we had no ideal on what needed fixed. He did an amazing job.
