Mirowski was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They even followed up to see if we had questions about the formal inspection paperwork we received. They highlighted what were primary concerns to them, then what was more minor, making it easy to sort it all out and prioritize what needed to be corrected. We are so glad we found Mirowski and went with them for our inspection. Getting a fully trained and certified inspector is worth every penny and tagging along for the inspection gives you incredible insight and knowledge about your home. Andrew did a fantastic job for us and gave honest and helpful feedback about the things he inspected. Full Disclosure - my husband actually met the inspector to go over the house and my experience with them has been primarily through email and phone.
That being said - I have no other previous experience with inspectors and this is to be our first home purchase. However, these people are so incredibly nice I will definitely choose them again.
Not only did they quickly get us scheduled - the inspector was there for HOURS going over the house - and then took my husband around the house and pointed out any issues that he would fix. Husband says the price was worth that advice alone. The Inspection

These guys are great! I had negative experiences with inspectors before. They may have looked great to others but I was in a trade and seemed to know more than they did. I was going to inspect the home myself and found cracks in the foundation. I was unsure about this so I hired these guys. I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!! These guys spent hours in the home. My previous guys that soured my opinion took 30 min to an hour. I learned a ton from them! They are very knowledgeable. I hope some day to be as well versed as they are.
