This is only the 2nd Home inspection I have been exposed to, having just 2 homes purchased in 50+ years.
The report was very comprehensive and detailed. This inspection brought out many items that a purchaser would overlook or not even see.

Dave & son were thorough in their inspection. They patiently answered my many questions in terms I could understand, so that when I read the report it made total sense. Dave was so professional and responsive. The inspection of our home in contract was so insightful and filled with great pictures and drone shots as well! He had a FaceTime debrief with us after and really helped us see what we were buying and the needed repairs ahead of time! Our family highly recommends My Home inspector! My wife and I contacted Dave to perform an inspection for a residence we were interested in purchasing. We found Dave to be very professional and cordial. Throughout the inspection he welcomed any questions and/or concerns that came to mind. In addition, this property had some unique features that were not common.
