Corps45
Our signature 45-minute Pilates class pushes muscles to fatigue through controlled movements focusing on neutral alignment. Using varying spring loads, this full-body workout strengthens core and posterior chain muscles while improving posture. The method emphasizes proper muscle engagement across full ranges of motion to enhance daily functionality and prevent injury. Participants develop strength, stability, and body awareness through instructor-guided sequences that optimize time efficiency for maximum results.
TreadX
This dynamic class splits time between treadmill intervals and Pilates machine work, combining cardio endurance with strength training. The structured format alternates between stations to maintain intensity while music-guided pacing optimizes effort levels. Floor segments incorporate dumbbells for abdominal work and glute activation that complements treadmill training. This approach builds running efficiency and overall strength through synchronized cardio and resistance exercises that improve cardiovascular health while developing functional muscle capacity.
Flow
Rhythm-based yoga classes synchronize traditional vinyasa flows with music beats across three temperature settings. Participants move through strength-building sequences using body weight resistance while maintaining breath awareness. The practice enhances flexibility, balance, and mental focus through continuous, music-guided transitions between poses. Modifications accommodate all levels while maintaining the challenge of controlled, rhythmic movement patterns that improve coordination and create meditative states through movement-sound integration.
Mat Pilates
Dynamic mat classes blend classical Pilates techniques with contemporary functional fitness principles. Body weight and light props create resistance for core-strengthening sequences that improve mobility and muscular endurance. Each session builds physical and mental stamina through precise, intentional movements that enhance body awareness. The curriculum emphasizes controlled transitions and progressive intensity to develop balanced strength across all muscle groups while maintaining accessibility for beginners through advanced practitioners.

Ive been going to FlowCorps for about 6 months and have loved it! I reached out to them when I got pregnant to see if I could still come and they made a point of teaching me modifications and planning classes I could comfortably do. Ive been meaning to write a review for a while, but today was an especially great class, so I felt it was time to share with the world. There is a new medspa going in a couple doors down and during class, the contractors accidentally did something that messed with the electricity of the building. The music shut off and alarms flashed. After making sure it wasnt

So happy I've found FlowCorps! I'm a self conscious plus size woman who is active but was still concerned about feeling uncomfortable or out of place in a Pilates studio. I was so happy to discover the welcoming and inclusive vibe at FlowCorps. I've never once been made to feel out of place or unwelcome to classes. All of the instructors I've taken classes with have had such great positive energy and zero judgement. I love how they accept everybody and where they are at that day, meaning if you can do the full expression great, but if you need to modify, that's great too. Even with modifications

What a fabulous workout! I was looking for something new - lower impact, but high intensity. So, I saw an ad on Instagram for FlowCorps and was intrigued. Ive never tried Pilates in my life (except home videos). Right now Im on a two-week trial of classes. First class:
1. The instructor, Kyle, was super friendly and also very encouraging (as a newbie, that was important because my lack of coordination could be a bit frustrating). Very fun class! Ive never used a reformer before - but I didnt feel intimidated!
2. I lift weights/run about 4-5 days per week. I know my trouble zone is

Today I decided to try out this studio for the first time. Ive been looking for a new studio since I moved, and I looked carefully at all the class offerings and then texted with someone I assume is the owner? This person was very nice and gave me all the info I needed. I made an account and went into the studio to pay for a membership. When I got there, whoever was working there (I believe an instructor?) was incredibly rude (though the younger girl working the desk with curly brown hair was really nice). The instructor said Im not allowed to walk in and sign up even though there were 4

I truly enjoy working out here! Its funny now how during my first visit, I told myself I wouldnt be coming back. It wasnt because of the trainer or the studio itself, it was mostly because I struggled getting through the workout. I had to lie in supine position twice just to gather myself. I believe my body was just in shock because the workout was not at all what I was expecting. I was accustomed to mat pilates but pilates on the Xformer is serious business! Now, Im glad I gave FlowCorps another try! Every time I leave, my mind feels clear and my body feels relaxed. I simply cannot
