Designed by a Veteran Himself. This is a non barbell Class consisting of multiple day to day movements that we dont think of in a workout environment.
At CrossFit TTG we Provide a Yoga class with instructor every Sunday at 11am. This YOGA workout is predicated on the previous weeks workout and addresses the specific body parts worked that week, and addresses the calming techniques used by our instructor.
