Recreational Classes
Our recreational gymnastics classes serve children aged 16 months and older with structured skill development programs. The Tiny Tots Program introduces basic motor skills through parent-assisted activities, while school-age classes progress from foundational techniques to advanced tumbling and apparatus work. Each session emphasizes safety, proper form, and gradual skill mastery in a supportive environment.
Competitive Teams
Our competitive gymnastics teams offer year-round training for athletes seeking advanced skill development. Programs range from developmental squads to elite competition teams with practice schedules from 3-20 hours weekly. Coaches focus on technical precision, strength training, and competition preparation while maintaining a positive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship and personal growth.
Private Lessons
Private gymnastics lessons provide personalized instruction for skill refinement and fear overcoming. Available for recreational and competitive athletes, these sessions target specific technique improvements or challenging skill mastery. Lessons are scheduled weekdays between 2:30-4:30 PM with experienced coaches who adapt instruction to individual learning needs and goals.
Special Events
Seasonal special events enhance our gymnastics programs with themed activities and community building. Family Fitness Night promotes parent-child participation, Class Meets offer competitive experiences for recreational students, and annual banquets celebrate team achievements. Fundraising events like Cartwheel-A-Thon combine skill challenges with community engagement opportunities.
Open Gym
Supervised open gym sessions provide additional practice opportunities for members and non-members. These sessions allow recreational gymnasts to reinforce learned skills in a less structured environment while maintaining safety oversight. Open gym times accommodate both casual play for younger children and focused skill practice for advanced students seeking extra training time.
Questions
What age requirements exist for your gymnastics classes?
We accept students starting at 16 months old through our Pip-Squeak program. School-age classes begin at age 6, with competitive team opportunities available for qualified athletes.
What payment methods do you accept for tuition?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and ACH payments for tuition. EFT payments are processed monthly, with late fees applied for failed transactions or returned checks.
How do students advance through your program levels?
Advancement requires mastering specific technical skills like back hip circles and pull-overs. Coaches evaluate listening skills, correction implementation, and class participation to determine readiness for higher-level classes or competitive team placement.
What safety measures are in place during classes?
We enforce strict safety protocols including no jewelry policy, proper footwear requirements, and spectator guidelines. Coaches provide hands-on spotting during skill attempts and maintain age-appropriate equipment configurations throughout training sessions.
Do you offer make-up classes for missed sessions?
We allow make-up classes for weather-related closures or facility issues when scheduled in advance. Illness-related absences don't qualify for make-up sessions, but we offer limited flexibility for exceptional circumstances.
What employment opportunities exist at your facility?
We hire knowledgeable, energetic staff for both recreational instruction and competitive team coaching positions. Candidates should demonstrate gymnastics expertise, teaching experience, and commitment to youth development programs.

Waited months for a spot only to be asked to leave half way thru the class because my daughter is different. Absolutely mortifying experience. If you have a child with autism or another disability this is not the gym to try.

Not bad facility. My daughter used to go here when she was 4 or 5 and she thought the instructor was a bit mean. Could be a good or bad thing the way you look at it, but at that age group, I am trying to see if they like the sport, no compete for a spot on a Olympic team. She is in a program at another location now and loves it, so take that for what it's worth. For adults, the upstairs is terrible.
It's very hot in the summer so prepare for that. Winter/Fall months are okay and much cooler. We went for a birthday party recently and it was well put together by staff. However, no soap on the mens
