Foxboro Soccer is pleased to announce we are looking for a part-time Director of Coaching to Join. The Director of Coaching oversees the day-to-day player and coach development for Foxboro Youth Soccer. The position is responsible for facilitating and/or executing the strategic planning, player development, coach management/evaluation and team formation.

The position is also responsible for creating and implementing the coach development and coach education aspects of the club and oversees the player development programs on the boys and the girl's side. This position, in its current state, will be the primary liaison between any outside training organizations that the board approves.

The purpose of the Association shall be to provide recreational and competitive soccer for the youth ofFoxborough and to instill in the youth of the community, the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyaltyand physical fitness. The purpose shall be achieved by providing instruction, safe equipment, adequate fieldfacilities and competitive athletic games.
Referees
Report
In-town referees are typically U11 - U14 players. Certification is not required for in-town referees. If you are interested in refereeing in-town games please contact Jill Lucas Pellletier the town referee coordinator, for more information. Town Referees are paid between $7 and $10 per game. Travel referees (BAYS games) are required to be certified through the Massachusetts Referee Association.
In-Town Soccer

Foxboro Town Soccer provides a non-competitive environment for Kindergarten - Grade 2. To play children must be at least Kindergarten and 5 years of age, as of 1-Aug of that year. OTE: teams composed by skill level and school. Special requests allowed during the registration process (sorry, no guarantees).
Travel Soccer
Report
Foxboro's travel soccer program is an extension of the town recreation league beginning in 3rd grade. Foxboro Soccer is affiliated with Boston Area Youth Soccer (BAYS), a competitive league in which teams from different towns compete on Saturdays. Teams play 10 games per season, 5 home, 5 away. The BAYS website contains more information and provides players the opportunity to track schedules, standings etc.
