My 4 year olds weren't fans of swimming but Archana helped to put them at ease and boosted their confidence with her no nonsense approach. My one issue is with the pool temperature which is controlled by City Sports. It's not always as warm as advertised!

This school operates in one lane in a gym pool. City Sports is a good gym overall - the shower rooms are very clean and it's quite well managed. But as a member, I find it very annoying I have to give up one lane for these kiddie classes. It gets pretty cramped in one that reserved lane, no student gets to swim a full lap as the lane is cut in half and 2 classes are run in parallel. At end of 5 months, my son who is very adept in the water wasn't able to float. I took some advanced level technique lessons from the head coach and it was good, but I felt cramped by the half lane. Honestly, they don't even deserve a one star review. I signed up for the Baby and Me class just to find out that they do not have changing rooms, and we were supposed to change on the slippery wet floor, inches away from the pool. Obviously I don't think that they would pass any safety inspections. The pool itself was disgustingly dirty, hair and dirt all over the floor. Customer service is completely useless- getting a refund is impossible.

We signed up our 2 year old and on the first class we were surprised that they didn't allow us to use the locker rooms to change. They said that kids are not allowed in the locker rooms because they "disturb the adults who need to use them". Instead, they provide these tall, narrow tents (you can see them in some of the photos). We said that we need to change or boy's diaper and put his wet diaper on and they suggested to do it on the floor, inside one of these tents. They expected us to put our son of the wet and dirty floor, in a tiny tent, without any room for an adult to

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is so sketchy! I do not recommend it at all. I took my 3&4 yr olds after buying a Groupon to try it out because the location is more convenient than American Swim Academy (which we've become accustomed to). So knowing what we're used to, if you have any experience with ASA you definitely will NOT like this SafeSplash. Anyway, there are a number of things that are so SUBPAR about this place but the few that immediately come to mind are (in order of occurrence) 1) No where to change the kids - they are not allowed to go into locker rooms
