No Membership or Initiation Fees, just book online and play at the best rates! Arrive into your golf room 10 minutes before your scheduled tee time to get yourself set up on the system and warm up. When your tee time is up, take an extra 5 minutes to gather your things, tidy up the balls and depart before the next golfers arrive.

We will continue to stagger tee times with "buffer time" in between tee times to avoid mingling of golfers. The golf room should be empty when you arrive 10 minutes before your tee time. The honor system is vital for this to continue so thank you for your own cooperation. Available on short notice!

Rates are based on simulator studio rental per hour and not per person. Whether you play solo or in a foursome, the hourly rental rate is the same and can be split amongst the players. If you plan on playing golf regularly, by yourself or with friends, call us to discuss a 10 hr frequency rate card for an additional discount.

Visting Greens does not require a Membership or any upfront initiation or recurring fees. Book a tee time and play as you wish! But if you are the type of golfer who might be coming back often for 1 or 2 hour practice/play sessions, you should consider a frequency package providing 10 hours pre-paid at discounted rates.

The Angelo Vayas studio is our large 550 sq ft private golf simulator room named after one of Maplewood's most well loved, generous, family oriented and inspiring residents. Founder and owner of the Village Trattoria restaurant in Maplewood which expanded to locations in Summit and South Orange, nothing gave Angelo more pleasure in life than quality time with his family and giving back to his community.
