Everyone leads a busy life nowadays. So, why not let us help take care of your physical and spiritual needs? We offer group classes and specialized programs throughout the day to help accommodate your busy schedule. Your mental and physical health is our top priority at Emerald Yoga Studio! We are one of the most established Yoga Studios in South Shore Massachusetts.

Our doors have been open since 2010 and we have been welcoming all ages and abilities of yogis ever since. We offer something that other studios don't, and that is our community. When you come to Emerald you become so much more than just a student. You become part of our Emerald Yogi family.

We offer a variety of yoga classes to choose from - find the one that's right for you. We welcome all levels of experience and are here to make sure you feel comfortable in your own skin. All of our instructors are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for everybody and every body. Our classes are ranked from one gem as the easiest, two gems as a medium level of difficulty and three gems as our most challenging.

Restorative yoga deeply relaxes the body, stills the mind, and boosts the immune system. This is for you if you've tried restorative yoga before and LOVED the recharge you gained from the stillness. If you've never tried restorative yoga but are willing to try something new please join us! You won't regret it.
Meditation Mondays

When you arrive you will find your spot on the studio floor, roll out your mat (or borrow one of ours), and take a moment to get centered. We will begin usually seated but you are welcome to take whatever position feels most comfortable for you. Each week is a little different but we will usually start with a breathing exercise that is related to our topic, sometimes include mantra or mudras, and practice our breath awareness for a few moments.
