Jaymati is the manager and an operator at Third eye yoga. She has her 500 hour E-RYT YACEP. Jaymati has her certification in Amrit Body Psychology, Advanced Yoga Nidra, Posture of consciousness. Desiree first fell in love with yoga in 2014 after taking her first Hot Yoga class in New Smyrna Beach. She felt alive and healthy after just a few weeks of taking 2 classes a week.

After joining another studio at home Desiree found an even deeper connection to yoga. She found how deeply it can impact your mind, body, and soul. Having grown up as a dancer, Briana has always enjoyed rhythmic movement, bonus if the music is good. An avid yoga practitioner for five years, Briana recently completed her 200 hour teacher training to share the magic of yoga with others.

Jai yoga= A Hatha Yoga class that really emphasizes the "doing and being" components of our Asana practice. This class focuses on Breath work, concentration on alignment, Mindful and deliberate movements in and out of the postures, all while experiencing deep relaxation within movement. Yin- A relaxing approach to yoga, including 3-5 minute holds in poses supported by props.
