Please note that the 16-week program fee is due upon registration and requires a minimum of two sessions per week. All sessions must be used within a 20-week time period. Increasing muscle tone and reshaping your body does not have to be difficult. Take the guesswork out of your exercise program with the help of a personal trainer professional.
