Dates beyond December for this monthly offering will be forthcoming. Classes will include a Kriya (yoga set), 40 minute Gong Bath, 11 Minute Pranayama Meditation and 21 minutes of chanting. This includes a recording of the class, with the exception of the Gong Bath, which will be available for all registrants of each class for 40 consecutive days beginning the day after each class.

Maximum of 16 Students. Students must bring their own yoga mat, meditation pillow, blanket, notebook, pen and water in a lidded container. Chairs will be available if necessary. Location: YES, we are returning to the beautiful Sanctuary at High Mountain Presbyterian Church in Franklin Lakes!. If you have not previously registered for a class you will have to first create an account for yourself in Punchpass.
