Faculty
Report
The Faculty of the Charlotte Music School are professional, energetic and committed to each of our 200 plus students. Our faculty members visit with parents after each lesson to communicate the progress of the student and to suggest how to help the student practice during the week. Gail Boyer

GAIL BOYER began studying violin with Markwood Holmes at the University of Pittsburgh at the age of 14. She attended Wichita State University majoring in violin and piano. Gail Boyer received her Music Degree from the University of Tennessee where where she studied Suzuki pedagogy and violin. She has studied with the William Starr and Hiroko Driver.

LEE WALDROUP has received degrees, certificates/training in various methods of educational philosophies such as the Orff, Kodaly, Suzuki, and the Paraxial pedagogies. He believes that all aspects of artistry training needs are to be addressed with each student in an engaging, inspiring and meaningful way; in a way that provides the student with a practical, clear and concise gateway into the wonderful medium of sound.

We offer 2 professional recitals each year, as well as studio recitals throughout the year at our school. We offer flexibility of schedules and make-up lessons (please see Policies & Procedures for more details during registrations). We look forward to hearing from you. Your kindness has warmed my family's hearts to beyond words, your teachers are wonderful and full of patience and kindness and most of all talent!
