Explore Oregon's Willamette Valley Wine Country
The Willamette Valley Wine Foundation was established to celebrate and promote Oregon's renowned Willamette Valley as a premier wine region. Founded on the vision of pioneering winemakers like David Lett, who first planted Pinot Noir in 1965, we represent over 700 wineries and 931 vineyards across 3.4 million acres of diverse terroir. Our organization champions sustainable practices, with many members holding certifications for environmental stewardship. Through collaborative efforts, we preserve the region's viticultural heritage while fostering innovation in winemaking techniques, from traditional amphorae aging to modern sparkling wine production.

Our team combines decades of industry experience with deep local knowledge, offering curated experiences that connect visitors with family-owned estates and urban wineries alike. We maintain rigorous quality standards through partnerships with accredited tasting rooms and educational programs that highlight the valley's unique AVAs.
