After searching multiple dealerships and online my husband and I decided to go to JTL auto. They were great! I highly recommended going there if youre looking for a new used vehicle they have a lot! Reasonably priced, no hidden fees. Easy process got the truck same day! If youre looking for friendly no pressure sales from people who treat you like youre friends or family this is the place! Will definitely be going here for any future vehicle purchases!

Very pleased with the repair service. After my car would not start, I had it towed to JTL. The previous mechanic at another shop advised me that my engine was seized, and the car was dead. I am glad I got the 2nd opinion from JTL. Robert took the time to thoroughly evaluate my vehicle and discovered that the previous mechanic from the other shop never replaced the timing chain that I paid for, and actually damaged my car. Robert did the work that I needed and now I have a perfectly running vehicle. I was also able to get my money back from the previous shop since Robert gave me the parts that the

The guy we met with was kinda loud when talking about our personal finances in the office., it was a little off putting. Then We asked to see a car & the keys was to a different upgraded car. Now Im in love with that car! Lol seemed just a lil sneaky.

Great, friendly staff! They gave my kids coloring books, lollipops and stuffed animals. No hidden fees. I went all over the island, wasting my time until I went to jtl. 5 mins away from my house! I Got my dream car from jtl.

This place and their partner at dealer depot sold me a truck 2 and a half months ago. Didn't do the maintenance they said they would and gave me a wrong carfax report. According to the carfax attached to the vin the truck had no maintenance for 2 years and they sold me a "great truck". $4200 repair because they couldn't be bothered. When I picked the truck up it apparently had no antifreeze and was 4 quarts low on oil. There were leaking parts and I needed to do the break pads 2 days after I took the truck home. Bunch of crooks and very good at avoiding phone calls. Save yourself
