Brought my car there in June..knowing that I would probably have to be patient but each and every time I called they didnt know who I was or which vehicle was mine! After the 3rd week that this happened I asked to speak with a manager because I was worried that maybe they gave my car away! Once I spoke to the manager, I was sure things would get better but the misinformation continued sadly. They had my vehicle for about 4.5 weeks with no loaner available to me or communication unless I called. I forgave the nonsense.. knowing times are hard. Would not recommend bringing your Jaguar here. We brought it in for a simple service, and they took off the windshield wiper senor, which of course we only found out after the car was returned to us and it rained a few days later. We took the car back to them letting them know the windshield wipers no longer worked properly and they wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars to fix them. We got a second opinion from another dealership who fixed the issue for $50. This place is a rip off.

I cant say enough about the experience I had at Jaguar Southampton. The staff there is extremely professional and makes sure that every detail is addressed. The whole process was such a pleasure unlike some previous experiences at other dealerships. Cara, the General Manager, made sure every question was answered and that we were happy with our new car. Love the new Jaguar F-Pace and love Jaguar Southampton!!

Great team to work with. This was the fastest car purchase I have ever made. The team worked with me to get an evaluation on my car prior to the long drive out, then all the business transactions were prepared for my signing upon arrival. I left in a beautiful new F-type with less than 1 hour with the team. Staff were excellent, car is fabulous, couldn't be happier with the service I received. But for the distance, I would surely do business with Jaguar Southampton again!
