What a long year.! During the pandemic, many people found themselves anxious, stressed and leaning toward unhealthy habits. We are a studio who really cares about you and your well-being. We have two studios in Norwood and Wrentham, MA.

Welcome to UPY, a bustling yoga community in MA with 2 studio locations, 2 outdoor spaces, virtual yoga and on demand. I had never taken Vinyasa heated yoga before UPY. Since my first class, I have always felt comfortable. I have taken classes with Jen, Sue, and Jaime and all of you really make the studio a welcoming and accepting place.

You'll get the class link emailed to you prior to class, as well as the recording link for 7 days. Under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent / guardian in person at the studio prior to the first class. Email the gift card to the recipient OR email it to yourself, print it, and put it in a card!.
