In addition to our weekly class schedule, we host Children's Yoga and Mindfulness classes, workshops, and special events. Call us to inquire about private lessons, semi-private groups, and/or renting space for your own event. Our unconditional mission is to welcome students of all backgrounds, ages, levels of ability, and experience.

Our calling is to provide a community where hearts can connect. We offer a space where you can find a home in yoga and within yourself. We believe deeply that we can serve each other and ourselves best when we practice together, nourishing each other, and holding each other accountable in pursuing personal growth and freedom.

For starters, yoga means union. We can only show up as the best version of ourselves when we cultivate self-love and integrate all aspects of our lives- body, mind, spirit, and the world at large. Yoga is connection. Our studio and the nourishment our yoga community provides cannot be understated. We have been told from the moment people step through our doors, they are comfortable and feel welcomed.
New Student Special

Please complete our New Student Registration online to save time before visiting The Welcome Mat. If you are new to yoga, we encourage you to take our beginner classes which will move more slowly and focus on the fundamentals of flow yoga. For the best results, we recommend practicing at least 3-4 times per week minimum to get the consistent benefits that a yoga practice can offer you.

We are excited to partner with Always at Aum Yoga School to share the teachings we so deeply love that have become an integral part of our lives. The mission is to provide quality instruction to deepen the desire, knowledge, and skill of students who wish to share their practice and Yoga journey with others as facilitators of personal growth, inner peace, and mind/body health.

I started yoga about 10 years ago through videos at home and immediately felt connected to the asana movements because it took my mind away from everyday life and stress. The benefits my body received, such as the flexibility and strength, was a great asset, but it was the mental benefit of being able to nurture myself that changed the game.
