CYB is offering a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training that will support individuals wanting to gain more knowledge in yoga philosophy and Asana to apply to their personal practice or for those who want to become teachers! Our 200-hour program is focused mostly in Vinyasa, but we will cover many other yoga styles, leaving you with a well-rounded education.
