Cultivate a sense of focus and grounding as you are guided through poses that help improve posture, balance, and overall mental & physical health.
Story of Spark

Our vision was to create a safe space in our hometown for all to congregate without judgement or ego. I (Steph) longed to be part of a community where I felt encouraged to be myself, to be vulnerable, and to foster meaningful relationships.

With little knowledge on how to build out a space, run a business, and grow a team Spark was born and has grown into a beautiful healing home where we unpack fear, celebrate who we are, and support each other's journey.We are forever learning & growing and feel so blessed to serve the county of San Luis Obispo.
Pro Tips

Class slots generally open up 1-2 hours prior to the class time, check the timetable for up to date information. Cancel any booking 1 hour prior to class start time to avoid being charged a $15 late cancel or no-show fee. Bring a water bottle, mat, and towel (we do have those items available for purchase/rent).
