Cubanisimo Vineyards

Our venture into the wine industry started with the purchase of a 21 acre parcel evaluated for its vineyard potential in 1986. We planted 8 acres of Pinot Noir on our SE facing hillside as we further developed our estate property in the Willamette Valley. Initially our focus was on refining our vineyard management, and we would sell our grapes to larger wineries in Oregon such as King Estate, and Erath.

Amigos, I am Mauricio Collada Jr, Owner, and president of Cubanisimo Vineyards. I was born in Habana, Cuba, and my parents left everything they had to bring their 5 kids to start anew in the USA. My adopted country has given me many opportunities to work hard so as to be able to reach for success. I became a neurosurgeon, established a wonderful family, and fell in love with Oregon Pinot Noir, and the Oregon wine industry.

Cubanisimo Vineyards would like to congratulate you on your engagement! We have a beautiful venue to offer you for your upcoming wedding. Our wedding site overlooks our estate vineyards as well as the Willamette valley, with wonderful views of Mt. Jefferson and Mt. Hood. The reception area can seat up to 200 guests, with a beautiful dance area, palm trees and a small pond.

Here at Cubanisimo, we take pride in getting to make a Bride & Groom's wedding day the most special day of their entire life! For this reason, we have started a Wedding Referral Program so you can share the love of Cubanisimo as well! To be qualified for the Cubanisimo Vineyard's Wedding Referral Program, you must refer someone to us that results in a booked wedding.

Deposit: $300 deposit required at time of reservation. The deposit will be applied to the rates & fees upon contract fulfillment. Reservations are made official with the receipt of the deposit and made binding upon the receipt the signed agreement. Amenities: Cubanisimo Vineyards has tables and chairs for up to 40 people inside or 80 people outside.
