Adventure Fitness Athletic Club (AFAC) is a locally owned and operated gym in Thornton, Colorado. AFAC is the life's passion of owner Susan Schaffner, a Colorado native who wants each member of the gym to feel like they're an important part of our fitness family. After having bariatric surgery in 2005, Susan's dream has been to help people of all ages and fitness levels improve their health and wellness.

This single-person use chamber is regarded as the safest, most technologically advanced whole-body cryotherapy treatment available.
