Fit Physiques is a private training facility. By scheduling a time and day, we can limit the number of participants training at the same time. We take pride in our members being comfortable in an environment where they can focus on getting the most out of their training experience. Family members (limit 2 and must live in same household) may train with each other under individual prices.
I highly recommend Paul to reach your fitness goals. I have been training with him for over 9 months and am in the best shape of my life. I had run several half marathons prior to training with Paul and thought I was in decent shape. After my first session I found out I was not is as good of shape as I thought.
