At TNB Fitness our mission is to help women become stronger, both physically and mentally, through customized, semi-personal training and coaching. We envision a place where all women, regardless or age or physical ability to feel strong and empowered. We strive not to be intimidating because we know that some gyms are. We want you to excel at learning our fitness principles while becoming your very best version of you and we take our clients' goals very seriously.

Tash Weddle (CEO and founder of TNB Fitness) started her journey as a high school basketball player in Indiana. After accomplishing her dream of becoming an Indiana All-Star, she went on to play at the collegiate level at both NC State University and The University of Evansville, but her career was one plagued by recurring knee injuries.

Your individualized workout program is structured to fit your needs and will consist of the proper exercise selection, volume, intensity and variation to ensure that you are always making progress.
