Our team strives to build a culture of acceptance, meeting patients where they are in their journey toward wellness. Many new patients have questions regarding what to expect and how to prepare for their first visit.

Healthy Roots Medicine's insurance verification online form is used to determine your insurance policy's acupuncture benefits. We provide verification benefit details within 1 business day. 1) HRM is an in-network provider with Aetna, CareFirst (BCBS), Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare companies; HRM will bill them as a service to the patient.
Payment

Healthy Roots Medicine (HRM) Financial Policy: Payment is due when services are rendered. If it is determined that a patient has an outstanding balance a Payment Invoice will be issued and mailed to the patient's address of record. Once a Patient Invoice has been issued, HRM will allow 30 days before reporting outstanding balances to our collection agency.
