
The holidays can be a difficult time for those who are spending the season without their loved one. Whether the loss is recent or in years prior, the stress of the holiday season can present unforeseen challenges. Depression, anxiety, and grief can be triggered and the weight of the loss can feel overwhelming.
This 8-week group is designed to support you throughout the holiday season with meetings scheduled before, during, and after the holidays, providing a space where you can share your experiences and receive therapeutic support. Groups will be facilitated by Katie Pancione, Resident-in-Counseling and Ailish Riggs Dermody, Counseling Intern, Falls Church Wellness Center.
