We are glad that you found your way to us. Aregis TaeKwonDo is a full service, traditional martial arts studio located about 20 minutes outside of Nashville, Tennessee in Goodlettsville. Owned and operated by Senior Master Louie Aregis; our school offers over 30 years experience in martial arts instruction for both children and adults.
We provide our After School Program to various grade levels. Our van drivers collect and safely transport your child from their school to our center for their Taekwondo classes. After their classes, our After School Staff provide homework assistance in our well-equipped Homework Area, as well as snacks, coloring books, building blocks, kid-friendly tv shows and other activities in our Snack Room.

The Aregis Taekwondo Center (formerly Rivergate Taekwondo) has been training martial artists in the Rivergate and surrounding area since 1987. The foundation of our program is the understanding and application of a goal setting process - along with our relentless pursuit of perfection - which helps to insure a students' guideline for success.

Courtesy - Being courteous means to show respect for others and treat them, as you would wish to be treated. The practice of courtesy encourages a sense of justice and humanity. The practice of courtesy and proper etiquette allows us to distinguish instructor from student, senior from junior, and elder from younger.

Summer Camp Program

Our Summer Camp ties together all facets of our facility in one. While we maintain Taekwondo classes each day, this program invites children from all age ranges across our student body to join us in a fun and creative environment. We offer daily field trips to different events, including the park, skating, bowling, movies, biking/hiking and so much more!
Day and Evening Classes

Aregis Taekwondo offers a variety of both day and evening classes for adults, children and families of all ages and fitness levels. Classes are offered during the day and evenings Monday through Friday to fit busy familes and adults schedules. Taekwondo is a perfect way for families to work out together or adults looking for a new and fun way to exercise.
