We have kids' classes at 5:30-6:30 and adults' class from 6:45-8:00 on Tues and Thursday nights, We typically have a 15 minute martial arts workout with stretching and calisthenics, then break off into any number of various drills and activities. We take pride in offering a well-rounded approach to the Martial Arts and self defense.
We teach respect, honesty, and perserverence through fun yet practical training. Our fundamental style here is Okinawan Isshinryu karate, but we also specialize in Ju-Jitsu and Kobudo (weaponry). If you are a parent looking to build your child's self-esteem, confidence, physical fitness, and integrity, we can certainly help.

Report
Isshinryu is an Okinawan style of karate created by Grandmaster Tatsuo Shimabuku in 1956. He was a master in both Gojo-ryu and Shorin-ryu and combined what he felt was the best of both styles to create Isshinryu. This is the foundation of our teachings, which allows us to easily apply real-world applications.
