Was not impressed with the service department today. I arrived 15 minutes early for a scheduled oil change (because I'm considerate of people's time) and it ended up taking an hour and 15 minutes (while keeping my 10mo happy). After a half hour went by (when I was told my vehicle would be finished) I was told they didn't have the oil filter and it had just arrived. Why didn't they make sure or order it when I scheduled a couple days ago? Now I'll be late for the other appointments I had scheduled today. Oh and I mentioned the wait to an employee just to be ignored. Also, not a single person greeted

Johnny Bowers is an awesome guy he made buying a car for our 16 year old daughter a very easy and less nerve racking experience than we ever could imagine. We did not know what to expect but had looked elsewhere and had nothing but hassles and hiccups.. But Johnny showed us our options and didn't push and it took the stress away allowing is to choose the perfect car... The selection of cars and pricing was great as well..Thank you Johnny and golden oldies we know where to go in the future..

Fantastic experience with Jim Hays. The prices and cost were all disclosed up front and on the phone per my request, unlike the last 3 big label dealers I worked with, the price I got on the phone was the same as when I got there (and the exact same as out the door). The dealer fee is reasonable as opposed to the 'big name dealer" fees, making their reasonable prices that much more attractive. No fake "big pressure" tactics here either. I was really impressed with the selection of vehicles. Overall, incredibly positive experience, with great people who will treat you decently. I definitely highly
