A series of 4 workshops to refine your practice and deepen your understanding of yoga. If you are interested in taking your yoga practice to the next level this is perfect for you. Each workshop will take you further on your journey with a deeper look at poses, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Each individual workshop in the training will meet once a week for 2 hour sessions for 3 weeks.

You can sign up for any of the workshops separately or all 4. Yoga is not just something you do, rather something you are. You are your natural state, your true home and it only exists in the moment, the now. Yoga as a mindfulness practice will take you home. This yoga training will reveal to you your natural state, bliss, joy, magic; where miracles happen.

40 Days

Reach the deepest level of fulfillment possible as well as the greatest opportunity to grow and contribute to others. This program is based on Baron Baptiste's book, 40 Days To A Personal Revolution. It spans 40 Days because it takes 40 days to create a habit. Over the course of these 40 days you will get clear on the areas of your life that are not working, and what actions to take to experience a personal revolution in these areas.

As a participant in the program you will use these tools to elevate your own yoga practice, become a powerful, unconstrained yoga instructor, and get very clear on how to create authentic connections with others.
