Crossfit Yucca Valley
CrossFit Yucca Valley is a unique, community-based, principled strength and conditioning program. We teach basic to elite level classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope.

Our athletes are extremely diverse in their experience, conditioning, and lives; and include students, nurses, business owners, stay-at-home moms, and athletes among others. If you are an Olympic lifter looking for a solid strength building program to improve your Oly Total, or a CrossFitter wanting to.

CFYV Teens

Whether this CrossFit class is your main activity or you are looking to excel at sports outside the gym or wow college scouts and recruiters, CFYV Teens is the answer. As middle schoolers enter our program we will focus heavily on proper movement mechanics and build an appreciation for functional movement coupled with healthy eating.
Classes

An effective way to improve ones overall fitness and health. Focusing on "constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement". Anyone can do it. It is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout. Each workout will develop the 10 recognized general physical skills.
Getting Started

Send us a request to set up a free intro session by picking a day from the schedule below and filling out appropriate information. We'll make sure you get an appointment and all the information you need for that day. The 1 hour intro session consists of meeting your trainer, trying a Workout of the Day and discussing your fitness goals.
