DHS Classes
Report
Fit and Firm is a class that is great for all ages. You can go at your own pace. It's a full body workout starting from the bottom and working your way up it ranges from 30 second to 60 second intervals using dumbbells, straight bars, steps, and other workout equipment. Senior Fitness is a class great for all ages but geared toward the senior population.
