I love yoga. It's sensual, spiritual, and everything beautiful. The sweat, the music, the movement and breath just feels so good to me and makes me very happy. Wanting to share my passion with the world, in May of 2010, I received my 200 hour Baptiste Yoga teaching certification with Tami Schneider of Cleveland Yoga and 30 hour Slowburn Certification with Johnny Kest of Center for Yoga.

Mandi took her first yoga class in 2010 to integrate a complimentary workout to her running regime. She has always been goal oriented with her athletics. Completing The Cleveland Marathon and number our half marathons, Mandi is continuously seeking her next challenge. Originally drawn to yoga for the physical benefits, Mandi's connection to yoga blossomed with the realized benefits of positive mental, spiritual, and physical culture.

What I gained was not only powerful connection with the people of this yoga community, but a knowledge and confidence in myself that I want nothing more than to share with others. I became certified to teach yoga in fall 2015 and have been teaching a variety of vinyasa yoga classes ever since!
I am dedicated to being not only knowledgeable in asana and my ability to convey that knowledge effectively, but also in my ability to create a safe space for students to practice without judgement.Whether a student needs a gentle practice or a sweat-infused, heart pumping practice, I always do my best to provide the tools necessary to keep them aligned with their intentions.

As a wife and mother of three beautiful healthy kids, yoga has been my recharge point. The practice of yoga taught me to be present not only on the mat but in my every day life as well. After a lot of dedication and sweat that came with practicing yoga over a period of ten years, I finally decided to take control of what I love to do.

I was intrigued by the peacefulness of yoga, having grown up in a competitve sports family. I played college basketball and also coached Vermilion High School women's basketball. Everything changed for me one evening when a friend invited me to a class. That night I discovered a new passion for the magic of yoga.
