Both lifelong athletes, Joyce a figure competitive figure skater and James a runner, yoga made sense in their bodies first and then opened their minds and then started to change their lives. With backgrounds in corporate America and small business, coupled with the entrepreneurial spirit, James and Joyce first discussed the idea of opening a studio in the fall of 2014.
