Working with Capitol Mortgage Company made my experience as a first-time home buyer a very positive one. Not knowing much about the process was nerve-wracking at first, but I was impressed with their knowledge of the industry and responsiveness to my frequent questions. Bob Harris lost all my invesstment, in salem . I invested in homes Bob built in salem in the 1990's. He managed to lose all my money.
