Balanced Humans brings classes to your teams virtually via Zoom or the platform of your choice, in addition to teaching in-person classes in the greater Seattle area.

Yoga and meditation do not really require much, just your presence and a space in which you can sink into yourself. It's great if folks have a mat, yoga clothes, etc. but this can all be optional too. Balanced Humans offers classes that cater toward a full yoga class for an hour or a more gym-less/desk stretch style class.
